Our inn, Umeyashiki is located near the vermilion lacquered Shinko Sacred Bridge, where is just 6 minutes away on foot. The Umeyashiki means plum residence. Many plum trees were there when priest of Rinnoji Temple stayed in 1857. That was the reason why this inn was named.
Botanical garden of Mt. Ogura is located in the East, 2,000 meters high class mountains are seen in the North, Toshogu shrine and Rinnoji temple are located in the West forest, and you will see the plateau of Kanto region in the South.
Also, seasonal flowers will be proud of their beauty in the big garden.
